INTRODUCTION
To be able to take hold of what I have to say
You must first surrender your ego
If I say you can fly
Believe me
For then, you will not be hindered by
The boundaries of your knowledge
Life never was easy as a kid, Mum and Dad separated when I was just 10. Mum would work three jobs trying to feed us four children, dad was generally busy running his own business, unable to give a great deal of time. The real time I did spend with him was whilst helping within his business. I guess you could say the entrepreneurial spirit was encouraged to come out from me at a very early age.
Leaving school with a report card that said "Kevin could do better if only he would try", I went on to college and completed three years as an apprentice mechanical Fitter-Turner, it was here my grades started to rise, I started to motivate myself. I then made the choice to break the chains, and become a self employed Disc Jockey.
There was something bred into me that I loved about being self-employed, basically, you could do what ever you choose, some days you would work long hours to take the money while it was there, and on quieter days, if important events occurred where you wanted time off, there was no boss to answer to, you were in charge of your own freedom. You were paid according to how much work you put in.
I knew large incomes were not only possible, but quite normal in the self employed world, and it was then, when I saw that first sales job advertisment in the newspaper, I was certainly more than curious. Having mastered the famly business, I knew I always had an occupation I could return to, and wanting to do something more adventurous, I had found myself looking at the jobs advertised, and this one in particular caught my attention. It read something like this:
"re you earning what you are worth?
A year ago I was broke! Yet today I own
My own house, drive an Aston Martin, and
Recieve an annual six-figure income."
